Individual Counselling

Often people find themselves longing for something more and to improve certain parts of their life or mental health.

I have been trained in specific approaches to engage clients on their issues! These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, Family Therapy, and Holistic Therapy where we combine and tailor these approaches to what fits the client best!

Couples Counselling

Couples therapy is literally for every. single. couple!

Every couple goes through stages in their relationship when their communication could use some assistance. Often, couples will seek help when they are in a really bad place-but you don't need to be! Reach out to learn each other's love languages and strategies to get through to your partner.

Crisis

Life tends to throw us curve balls. When there is a big change in our life by someone passing away or walking away it can be important to reach out. If a loved one makes choices that impact you negatively, or you have a drastic increase in your typical mental health symptoms- we can work through these together.

If you or someone you know is in imminent danger, please call 911 or if local to Saskatoon, SK; Mobile Crisis at (306) 933-6200.

Perinatal Mental Health

Support when you need it most!

Women who experience infertility or loss are more likely to develop symptoms of a perinatal disorder.

Loss of a child in-utero or at birth can be traumatizing and require intense grief counselling to move forward and honour their place in this world.

The pregnancy and giving birth process can be one of the most traumatic moments in a woman's life. Lack of control in the hospital, a minimal support system, and complications during the birth raise the risk of developing PTSD.

Recognizing this and reaching out for help takes bravery.

You are not alone.

Grief

Through both experience and Advanced Grief Training, I can help support you through your grieving process.

Grief is not just losing a loved one! It can be that, or it can be grieving a loss in other ways. A divorce or big breakup, a friendship ending, being rejected, a loss of a home or prized possession, or a loss of the life you thought you would have.

It is important to recognize the grief and manage it with care! Having support to do this is so important. Reach out if you need!
